My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Though still very young, Grayson has had what some would consider a “hard knock life” thus far. Found without their mother living under a house, he and his litter were all brought to an animal shelter where they were at risk of euthanasia. The Pet Rescue Center spotted them there and could not resist, so we brought the entire litter back with us to safety. Grayson may be the smallest of the bunch but his personality is bigger than most. This little terrier mix has spunk and sweetness enough for 10 dogs. He will need training as he is still just 5-months-old but this boy has a great basis to start from. He is loving, gentle and curious. If your family has lots of love to give in return and would like to add a puppy to the mix, Grayson might just be your boy.

ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adopt/adoption-application.html. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to save the lives of dogs and cats at risk of euthanasia. The Pet Rescue Center is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
