Honey Bear's Story...
**COURTESY POSTING***
Honey Bear was brought into the shelter in early June with her 5 brothers and sisters. She was the shyest one in the bunch and the only one left at the shelter on July 10th. Lonely and sad, Honey Bear was saved and is currently in foster home where she is happy and delightful.

She is full of energy and spunk, as one could expect with a 4 month old puppy! She is sweet, loves to cuddle, and give kisses. The shelter believed the puppies were German Shepherd Dog and Siberian Husky mixes. Her beautiful blue-green eyes and soft fur are quite unique! She is still a little shy but opens up to people quickly. At 4 months old she is approximately 25-30 lbs., so she will be a larger sized dog when she is full grown. She is spayed, up-to-date on her shots and is microchipped.

If you want to learn more about her please contact juliajcody@gmail.com (her foster mom).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Honey Bear, a La Canada Flintridge Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog for sale in La Canada Flintridge, or seeking a Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in La Canada Flintridge.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in La Canada Flintridge already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a La Canada Flintridge breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in La Canada Flintridge paves the way for another one to be saved.
