It is very sad that such a sweet girl like Cookie finds herself homeless this holiday season.
Cookie is a gentle, sweet, and quiet senior Labrador Retriever mix that would make a wonderful companion for a senior or retired person. She is about 10 years old, spayed, and weighs about 50 lbs. She walks well on her leash, and appears to be housetrained. She thrives on affection, and being petted. We have not tested her with cats, but at the shelter she has shown little interest in other dogs, so may also do well in a multi-dog household.
