My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Updated bio 1-11-16 Bebe is the sweetest 5.3-pound, adorable little
tri-color Yorkie mix. She is about a year old. She is being fostered in Leesburg, FL.

Bebe is the most loving little dog. She has a gorgeous soft smooth white and dark grayish-black coat, with a beautiful fan like tail. She loves everyone and wants to give kisses all day long. She is a good eater, will sleep in her crate, but prefers the bed, and does very well in the car. Bebe appears to be house trained. She uses the potty pad and she does her business outside too. She is a well-behaved puppy. However she does like to chew, like so many puppies do, so things can’t be left lying around on the floor like shoes, paper, phone cords….

Bebe had her vaccinations today and she is in great health. She is going to have a booster of the Parvo/Distemper shot in three weeks on 2/1 along with her spay. After the spay is healed she will be ready to be adopted.

There is one thing, though. Bebe is very attached to her sister Pixie, and she would love to be adopted with her so they can be together forever. Wherever Bebe is Pixie is right there with her. If it is at all possible their perfect forever home would be with someone who is willing and able to adopt both these girls. It would mean double the kisses, double the fun, and double the love.

Because of her small size Bebe needs a home with adults only or one with children over the age of 13. If you think you would love this sweet girl (and hopefully her sister too) forever, please fill out an adoption application. You won’t be sorry.

Initial Bio. 1-1-16 Bebe came into our care on New Year's Eve. She came with her sisters Missy and Pixie and her brother Remi. All have been exposed to the parvovirus in their former home. Bebe is only a year old. She weighs 6 pounds. Bebe is being fostered in Leesburg, FL.

Bebe is a very sweet, young dog, who loves people. She has already attached herself to her foster mom. Sadly Bebe and her sisters needs to be quarantined because they have all been exposed to parvovirus due to lack of receiving the proper vaccinations. Bebe will be seeing the vet early next week to be tested and we hope she will test virus free. Bebe will not be able to be adopted until she has been tested and found to be parvo negative. If she is parvo negative She will need all her vaccination and a spay before she can be adopted.

Bebe is not happy being in her quarantine away from her foster mom and dad and the other dogs, but she must be for the health and safely of the other dogs in the home. How sad that is when all she wants to do is play and have fun. She is still not much more than a puppy.

Bebe seems to be potty pad trained, and she does nicely in the crate. Once we know her the condition of her health we will update her bio and hopefully after her spay, she will be ready for her forever home.

If you can find it in your heart to donate to her care, please do. Bebe and UYR will, as always, be forever grateful.
