Jerry's Story...
Hi, my name is Ben, and I'm a very sweet and independent young fellow. I enjoy living with my litter mates and foster mom, but I can't wait until I can find a forever home of my own. We've had a tough life so far, but everyone tells us that forever homes are the best!

One of my favorite ways to spend my time is with people. I enjoy kicking back and watching tv and just being in their presence in general. Don't get me wrong - I love to run and play like the rest of 'em, but I also appreciate the quieter times of rest and relaxation.

I will be neutered, mirco chipped, and up-to-date on shots before going to my new home. I was born in May and will be ready at the end of July.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jerry, a Newington Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Newington, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Newington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newington paves the way for another one to be saved.
