Adoption Pending - Blitz's Story...
Blitz is a medium-sized, 4-year old German Shepherd X. Blitz is a medium energy dog who likes to be lazy when you’re being lazy but loves loves loves going for walks, playing fetch, and being active. She is house and crate trained, non-destructive and the loudest thing about her is her wagging tail hitting her surroundings. We are working on her loose leash skills, her sitting and waiting for meals and leash being attached, being invited through open doors and her impulse control. She loves being groomed and doesn’t mind having her nails clipped. You can take high valued toys and bones out from her mouth without incident.

Blitz is not good with small dogs; cats are unknown.

Please note that in most cases, breed(s) listed is our best guess.
Date available for adoption: January 09, 2016

Adoption Fee: $250.00 (includes Spay/neuter, Up-to-Date on Vaccinations, De-worming, and micro-chipping.)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Adoption Pending - Blitz, a Regina German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Regina, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Regina.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Regina already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Regina breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Regina paves the way for another one to be saved.
