DORA2's Story...
DORA is a sweet Lab mix, a little over 2 years of age. This is a NICE girl that would make a wonderful family dog. When we took pictures we pretty much only got belly rub pictures - a good sign. She was a little scared when she first came in with a change of climate and all those darned dogs, but is coming along great. She now loves treats and going for walks. Won't you consider making this lovely girl a part of your family? Dora is spayed, current on shots, chipped and heartworm negative. FOSTER HOME NEEDED. Adoption fee $150. For an application or additional information, please call/text 303-882-0837 or email dancingdogrescue@earthlink.net.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

DORA2, a Littleton Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Littleton, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Littleton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Littleton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Littleton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Littleton paves the way for another one to be saved.
