My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there! My name is Jack...yes, One Eyed Jack! I'm a 9 week old Pug mix and I weigh just under 2 pounds. My birth mother rejected me and my siblings when we were born. I was the unlucky one to bear the brunt of her distaste for us and my eye was damaged when she attempted to keep me from nursing.

I know it looks pretty bad but my eye was removed and I'm on the mend. Having just one eye hasn't hampered my zest for life one bit. I'm quite the character! I do everything like a "normal" dog does- just more enthusiastically. I love to play, love to eat and love kissing people. When I'm tired, I'm happy to go into my crate for a nap. I even sleep there through the night without making a peep!

Since I am so very tiny, I would like a home without small children. I know some people would not consider me since I'm "damaged" but I know there is someone out there that will love me for who I am and not for what I look like. If you are that person, I would love to meet you!
