GRETA's Story...
Great Greta is a sweet cocker mix left at the shelter by her family. Her positive attitude, sweet disposition, and mellow energy made her a quick shelter favorite. Greta has quite a charming personality - she loves to be around people and sits patiently and gently for affection and treats. She's very quiet and easygoing, great with dogs and should be an amazing family pet as well. Greta has allergies so she is on a special diet but the allergies are pretty easy to handle. Greta is about 7 years old and 22 lbs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

GRETA, a Los Angeles Cocker Spaniel/Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel/Pug for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel/Pug dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel/Pug breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel/Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
