Sassy's Story...
Hi, my name is Sassy!
Sassy is a 5 yr old, Red and Black Redbone Hound Mix, and she was found tied to the bench at Petco, extremely sick and underweight. Her progress has been beautiful to watch.. She's a really sweet girl. She loves belly rubs, rides in the car, and gets along well with dogs, cats, and children.
She is fully housebroken, doggy door, and crate trained. She knows the basics, sit, stay, and down, and walks well on a leash. Sassy could adapt to your schedule, and is willing to lounge around with you, or go for a hike. She is very easy going, and calm. We believe Sassy would thrive in a home as an only dog, or, would be just as happy with the right match in a sibling. If you would like to meet Sassy, contact Sarah 702-232-8852 or complete an interest application at www.ahome4spot.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sassy, a Las Vegas Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
