My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harry is available for adoption as a bonded, incredibly well-behaved pair with his brother, Burt. We will consider adopting them out separately but we really would love to see them stick together!! Both boys were living out on the Pajarito Mesa with their human. One of our foster/volunteers came across this "neighborhood"/colony of dogs and SWARF sponsored spay and neuter and gave food donations to this neighborhood for many dogs, for many months. After a visit to the area the weekend before Thanksgiving of 2015, our volunteer saw that Harry had become VERY ill. SWARF rushed Harry to the vet. He was suffering from an incredibly far along tick-borne disease called Ehrliciosis. Treatment started immediately and after much needed TLC, Harry is back to as good as new!!
Harry knows how to sit, he's becoming more familiar with that weird thing called a collar and leash, and he has figured out that life indoors is THE WAY TO GO! Harry is 100% housebroken and kennel trained. Harry is a silly boy with a mellow demeanor. He loves to play but loves to snuggle up and watch movies all the same. Harry does GREAT with all other dogs, cats and humans!
