I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Juno's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Juno's Story...
We can't swear he is pure bred because we do not have papers but he certainly looks like he is a pure bred husky. Juno is we estimate a 1.5 year old adolescent Husky full of playful energy and very loving and sweet 52 pounds Husksy's are very smart dogs and we want to find Juno a home with a dog experienced human. He can have issues when toys are around thinking they are his to guard, hence we cannot rehome if you have young children and/or you are young enough to possibly have children. He has beautiful black and white markings and gorgeous blue eyes. House trained. He can entertain himself with a ball in the yard. He's a great dog but likely someone left him in a kennel too long so he will not voluntarily go into a kennel or crate and needs to be pushed in, but once in calms down and relaxes. He could use some leash training, if distracted by another animal will pull. Needs a loving athletic home with a yard to run in, and patience with sleeping in a kennel. However,if you have other ways to contain a dog, then you might NOT need a kennel (Some folks use a laundry room, high gates in a contained area... not everyone uses a kennel. Juno is fixed, fully vaccinated and microchipped. His adoption fee is $400 which covers all his vetting and his transport from TX to WA. He is now in his foster home in Lacey, WA. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Juno, a Olympia Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky for sale in Olympia, or seeking a Husky dog from a breeder in Olympia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Olympia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Olympia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky breeders who help with Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Olympia paves the way for another one to be saved.
