Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Trina is a 4yr old dog rescued from our local shelter. She has finished her Heartworm treatment and is ready for adoption. She is house trained and crate trained. Trina is great with other dogs. Her breed mix is just a guess, but at 26 lbs. she is the perfect small/medium size. She is a slender dog with long legs and the cutest, most expressive ears. Her unique feature is a tail that's not quite normal length, but that doesn't stop it from fiercely wagging! Trina is adorable, sweet, friendly, and playful. Her idea of heaven would be having a fenced yard where she could chase balls or squirrels to her heart's content. Inside the house she entertains herself well by chewing on bones, playing with squeaky toys, or just curling up for a long nap. Trina is smart and quickly learned how to be an inside doggie (don't think she's been inside a house before). She is eager to please (especially if you have treats ?), and catches on quickly to new things, so further training should be a breeze. She does have a tendency to jump up when excited so a home with out small children would be best. Please fill out an adoption application at www.hs-uc.org
