Annabelle (Dols)'s Story...
Hi, my name is Annabelle and I'm your typical happy-go-lucky lab girl. I'm only about a year and a half old and very sweet. I know how to sit and ride great in a car. I also seem to be started on cratetraining. I can't wait to learn all the things there are to know from my new family. My ideal new home should have a fenced yard that I can run and play fetch in. I also wouldn't mind another dog to play with or even some kids. I'm very excited about the new year and can't wait to find my forever home so apply today. Smooches, Annabelle

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Annabelle (Dols), a Plainfield Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Plainfield, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Plainfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plainfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plainfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plainfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
