My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there! My name is Polka! Pretty cute name for a pretty cute pup, don’t you think? I’m a 3-year-old spayed female and I weigh 16 pounds.
I’m as sweet as they come, with an adorable face to match. I mean, come on, have you seen my ears?! I’m a very unique looking dog. It’s hard to say for sure without a DNA test, but I'm probably some sort of Chihuahua mix. There are probably some other breeds in there, too, but who knows. Whatever breed I am, I’m an amazing dog.

I get along great with everybody I meet - dogs and people alike!

You're probably curious about where I came from, what my history is, and how I ended up in need of a home. Unfortunately, not a lot is known. I was brought into a local high-kill shelter as a stray. I spent two weeks at the shelter before CageFree took me in and decided to help me out.

I’m looking for a family that will give me the love and attention I’ve always deserved. I love to cuddle and give kisses, so if you’re just as affectionate as I am, we may be a perfect match! In order to find out, you’ll have to contact CageFree and set up a time to meet me. Please hurry!!
