My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scout is a beautiful charcoal gray boy with faint stripes. He was found injured by the side of a dirt road near Benson, but he is all recovered now. He was born some time around June 2015. He is leery of new cats, but he gets along with the cats at his foster's home. He is playful and sweet and will be a great addition to a new home. He has been neutered and had his shots. He is ready for a new adventure!

Are you interested in adopting Scout or another JCAPL pet you have seen? You'll need to start by completing an adoption application, available online at our website: www.jcapl.org. There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received.

Completed applications can be sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center) or at Petsmart in Smithfield.

We will contact you as soon as possible once we receive your application for Scout.

Thanks for thinking adoption!
