Cinder's Story...
Have you ever met a cat burglar? Well you have now! I used to sneak into a house every night by way of a doggie door because I was hungry and looking for food. Unfortunately the guy that lived in that house was recovering from a serious operation and my dander/fur could have been very dangerous to him! I was trapped in a humane trap and it turned out to be the best day of my life when no one claimed me. I am approximately 2 years old, negative for feline diseases, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. When my stomach was shaved, the vet found my spay scar. I have this cute, short round shape to me and I am so friendly that I will sometimes drool if you pet me for a long time. I have great indoor habits and am very gentle. My new home needs to be an indoor home—I love it inside and it is the safest place for a cat burglar like me. For more information on adopting me please call Dianna at 281.797.4681 or email an adoption application to My adoption fee is $75.00.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cinder, a Cat Spring Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Cat Spring, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Cat Spring.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cat Spring already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cat Spring breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cat Spring paves the way for another one to be saved.
