Elsie is 7 years old, a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel mix female, weighing about 10 lbs. Elsie is completely blind due to cataracts, but she doesn't that stop her. She is just a joy to be around. Elsie loves life and loves other animals. She is fiercely independent, spirited and playful, and loves to explore her surroundings, both inside andout. She enjoys a good game of chase and loves to ride in the car. Elsie is a very healthy young senior lady with good manners. Elsie is located in Fresno, CA.
