Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Fara
Born July 2015
Female Blue Oriental Shorthair Mix
Special Adoption fee: $75
Fara is a tall, slim, elegant kitten who was found as a stray and taken to the vet clinic where one of our volunteers is employed. At the clinic she was examined, tested, vaccinated, and spayed before being moved to the foster home where she is now living.
As the photographs show, she is a beautiful and unusual looking girl. Her coat is deep gray (or “blue” in the language of cat genetics), close-lying, and glossy. Her eye color is a stunning copper. She has the sleek body type that is called “oriental.”
As to personality, Fara is very confident, friendly, and trusting. She is not one to pester you for cuddles but will nuzzle up to you when you pick her up and obviously loves to be near you. Like many Oriental shorthairs, she is vocal and will serenade you with her gentle chirping chatter. Fara is great with other felines and gentle dogs. Her demeanor seems like she would be good with older children.
She is fostered in West Sacramento.
