Alex's smile and joyful spirit lights up every room he walks into, though it's hard to call it a 'walk' because it's more of a wiggly prance. His sparkling eyes and tongue hanging out only add to his charm. His joy is contagious, so you just have to smile when you see him coming!
You would expect a senior to be a little slower to move, but Alex loves chasing the tennis ball and is surprisingly athletic at his age! He'll leap into the air to catch it and run (wiggle) back to you. He's a curious boy who loves to explore.
Alex came to APA as a stray, so little is known about his life before us. What we do know is that he has cancer and has been deemed a hospice case -that just means the APA clinic believes in his case, his quality of life would be better without treatment. Don't judge him by his diagnosis, though, because he's active, playful, and full of life! He brings SO much joy to the APA staff and volunteers who have spent time with him, and he's sure to add joy to your home!
Come meet our happy, prancing senior who will wiggle his way right into your heart!
