Hello out there! Let me introduce myself, my name is Wonka. I am senior citizen looking for a warm cuddly person to share my golden years with. I am definitely looking to be spoiled rotten with love and attention, which I so deserve. I need someone from my family to be home with me during the day and evening. I do not like to be on my own.
I am a gentle and sweet soul and people say I am really cute and I certainly don't look my age (I'm 13 years old but shhh, you can't tell). I like all people that I meet and go up to them for a pet. I don't bark much, but I certainly have a lot to say. I try to engage my people in constant conversation but they don't always want to talk. I used to whine constantly but I get ignored, so now I only do it when there is food out, before feeding time, when I want to go for a walk, and when I need a pee break.
I love my food, I am what you would call a foodie. When I meet new people I like to test to see if they are interested in sharing their food, sometimes they will! I'm a little (well, really a lot) on the chubby side. I currently weigh 17.5lbs when I should really only weigh 12lbs. I'm on a diet (not my choice) and lost a little weight, but I still need help on this journey.
I waddle around and do enjoy my walks and being outside. I'm well behaved in the car and always very lady like everywhere I go. I have lived with another dog but I definitely like when all the attention is one me!
I am house trained, but I need to go out every two hours because of the special food that I am on to help prevent urinary issues. I can't hold it in past that, even though I try!
It's time for me to enjoy my retirement years and I am looking for a special person who will bless me with a loving home. Sincerely, Wonka.
