Jackson came to United Yorkie Rescue in December 2015 after being surrendered by his family because of larger dogs in the house who were picking on him. Jackson's 5.5 lbs of absolute cuteness! He's 8 years old and has great manners, is house trained (however he has marked in the house, so foster mamma puts a belly band on him) and does well with his one eye. He had an eye removed at his former home, we're unsure of the reason, possibly an injury from the larger dogs in the home that weren't fond of him. His one eye wink, adds to his cuteness! Jackson loves belly rubs and sleeping at the foot of the bed. Jackson has exhibited some traits of collapsing trachea, he coughs now and then, but is calmed with soothing talk and a back rub. He plays with his same size fur siblings. Because of his size he'll need a home with children over 12 and dogs his size preferably. Mr. Jackson is ready to share his love and affection, are you the home he's been waiting for?
