Kenny's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

This lovely little boy came to Pixie Mamas from Alabama where he was found wandering the streets.  He was not claimed at the shelter so off to Buffalo he went to find his new life!
Kenny is a young guy, only 7 months old and weighs in at 10 pounds.  He is lean and long!  Kenny is very playful with the other dogs and could spend his days running in the yard or wrestling with another little dog.  He is OK with the cats, he will bark and give a little chase when he sees them but that is pretty much it.  Kenny is very good on a leash and is doing very well on his housetraining (please expect accidents as with ANY new dog in a new home!!).  This handsome boy loves attention and will do anything to win you over.  I am sure he would love the time and attention of a new mom or dad to teach him new tricks and skills!
Kenny is neutered, up to date on shots, Heartworm tested Neg and microchipped.  All he needs now is a new family to call his own!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kenny, a Buffalo Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua for sale in Buffalo, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Buffalo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Buffalo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Buffalo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Buffalo paves the way for another one to be saved.
