Bentley's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Bentley is a super sweet 5 year old Lhasa Apso that was surrendered to Pixie Mamas by his owners.  They were moving out of state and decided not to take him with them.  Bentley is very loving and a very good dog!  He is wonderfully housetrained (but  please understand that there will be accidents!) and leash trained.  He does well in a crate but we trust him out of it too.  He is fine with other dogs and cats.  Kids are fine too as long as they are not too little and want to pull his hair!

Bentley is neutered andup to date with his shots.  He has been groomed by Bow Wow & Meow too!  He has a long coat and it will need consistant brushing and grooming so please keep that in mind if you are considering adopting him!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bentley, a Buffalo Lhasa Apso dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Lhasa Apso for sale in Buffalo, or seeking a Lhasa Apso dog from a breeder in Buffalo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Buffalo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Buffalo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Lhasa Apso breeders who help with Lhasa Apso rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Buffalo paves the way for another one to be saved.
