Cute little Mona!  She was "Free to a Good Home" on Craigslist and she found her way to rescue before something really bad happened to her.  Mona is 10 months old, weighs 13 pounds and is a JRT mix.

Mona is a sweet girl, playful and full of love.  She is crate trained and leash trained.  She seems to be housetrained too but expect a little adjustment time.  She is better in a yard then being walked for pottying.  Mona is good with other dogs, she likes to play tug o war a lot!  She does not have any issues with cats.  Kids are fine!  Mona would love to be part of a family and will make a great companion.

Mona is now spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested neg and flea/worm treated.  Her adoption fee is $200 to help with her vetting costs!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mona, a Buffalo Jack Russell Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Buffalo, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier puppy from a breeder in Buffalo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Buffalo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Buffalo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Buffalo paves the way for another one to be saved.
