My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Attention! JOY Here!

I am a very cute, tiny TEACUP sized, spayed, micro chipped, silver/white/tan colored, Teacup Poodle/Terrier mix looking for my forever home. I am about 2 years young and weigh about 5 lbs. I am very happy and loving, sweet as pie, small, very friendly, smart, well behaved and listening, playful, and love belly rubs and being petted all day long, like my foster mom describes me.

I am good with most dogs, adults and children should be school aged or older and would love to enjoy family life with you. I know you would not be disappointed... Watch my video :)

I have been rescued from South Los Angeles Shelter on Christmas Day (that is the reason I was named Joy), I sat in a cage and waited for the final time to come, because no one was offering a loving home or TLC to me. I can tell you it is depressing sitting in a cage, sensing the scary shelter, all that noise and no one to love on me.

When all in a sudden my situation changed! Someone had seen my picture and came to rescue me! My rescue and foster mom, all love me and treat me like a princess and my spirit came back to LIFE. What nobody knew I was pregnant and soon after I gave birth and one of my babies survived, her name is Valentine named after Valentine's Day. I feel so good, now I can run and play with my new doggie friends in rescue and see my beautiful daughter growing up, we are very attached to one another. All that is missing is my and Valentine's loving forever home together, that I am looking for here.

I and Valentine are waiting for you right here - if you feel I we are the ones you have been looking for please use contact info to schedule a meet and greet.

Yours with a happy tailwag!
