IDGSR welcomes Alexia into the safety of the rescue!!!
Alexia is a beautiful female purebred German Shepherd who had a litter of pups several months ago and all were adopted. Alexia is great with other dogs and kids, crate trained, well behaved in the home, she is a great girl with an even and stable temperament. Her only bad habit is that she will climb a standard chain link fence but a 6ft fence she will not. Alexia is a wonderful dog who would love to have a home of her own.
Alexia will do well with a nice big male dog as well or is just fine by herself too.
She is an easy dog and excellent in the home, nice manners.
She comes when you call her and is very loving and affectionate,
she will do well in most homes.

Each dog's adoption fee varies depending on the age of the dog.
$300 for any dog 1 year and younger (PUPPY)
$250 for any dog 1-3 years (YOUNG & ADULT)
$200 for any dog 7 years (ADULT SENIOR)
All our adoptable dogs are up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing, monthly preventative, and have been spayed or neutered.
Everyone must submit an application before an appointment is made to meet the dogs. Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
All dogs are fostered in TN unless stated otherwise.
