Luna's Story...
Luna is a 2 year old dilute torti who is looking for a home with plenty of space to lounge in. She loves to lay in laps, in pet beds, on cat towers or even just on the floor so she can roll around. She enjoys playing with feather wands and toys that make noise. She would a great cat to cuddle with on the cold winter nights as she enjoys being with her humans. She is a usually a calm cat, but still has playful hyper moments where she will need space to run. Luna is little taken back around other cats and would prefer to be the only cat in the household; however, she would do okay in house with an older cat that would leave her to do her own thing.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luna, a Glen Mills Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Glen Mills, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Glen Mills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glen Mills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glen Mills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glen Mills paves the way for another one to be saved.
