Goldie is a friendly, playful young boy, around 2 years old, who was given up by his owner when he could no longer care for him (and his sibling Skooch and older sister Tupac). He is a little wary at first because he's only known the house where he was born, but given time and love and some play time, Goldie will be your "purry" best friend.
Goldie likes other cats but he's not crazy about energetic dogs. He might do ok with a low-energy dog.
Our cats are neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed and flea-treated, tested for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped prior to adoption. Go to http://www.trentoncats.org/adoption-form.html to fill out an application. NOTE: Our cats are either in foster homes or retail adoption centers. If you are interested in meeting a specific kitty, please email us.

NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures, on the pet's details page on Adopt-a-Pet.com.
