My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shamrock is a black and tan coonhound and he needs help! He has been in our rescue for several months finishing his heartworm treatment! He is now heartworm negative BUT HAS NO WHERE TO GO! He is sitting in boarding and we have until Friday to find him a foster home or a foster to adopt home.
Shamrock is a friendly boy that is a BIG boy. He is very young only about 1.5 years old and can be pushy with his handlers. The rescue will provide training classes if the foster or adopter chooses which will make Shamrock the best boy in the world! He has been unable to start his training classes because of his heartworms but now he can!
Shamrock is good with other dogs his size. He is good with children but due to his large body and strong tail no young children. He needs a place to crash to go through training for about 6 weeks or he needs an experienced adopter that understands a puppy mentality.
He is fully housetrained, crate trained, and pulls on the leash and should use his gentle leader.
This is a GREAT opportunity for a person to get a dog and truly be able to train him and turn him into a perfect pooch!
Shamrock is OUT of time and we need to get him into a home in the next 3 DAYS!
