Hello there! My name is LUNA and I am a 3 year old Australian Shepherd mix. I'm a sweet, pretty girl looking for a loving forever home. Could it be yours?

I am a very sweet and playful girl. I do very well with doggy doors and spending time both inside and out. I'm good with other animals and would do well with OLDER children.

I am up to date on my vaccinations, spayed, wormed and microchipped. I only have 1 kidney but do not have any health issues. My adoption fee is $200.00.

The adoption process is :
1. Go to
2. Click on 'Pets' then scroll down to 'Adoption Applications'. Click either 'Dogs' or 'Cats'
3. Download/save the application, print it and complete the application
4. Once complete, you will need to scan it and email/fax it to us
5. Email it to or fax it to 859-277-0100

We will review your application and set up a meet and greet if your application is approved. If it is a match, we will finalize the adoption then. You can follow our FaceBook page to learn when and where our next adoption event will be: Woodstock Spay and Neuter Clinic.

Please note the application process can take up to 48 hours to complete. If the above info has not answered your questions and you need further assistance, please call 859-544-0698. Thank you.

About Woodstock Animal Foundation

About Our Rescue Group...

Our Mission
The missions of the foundation is to support a pervasive responsibility toward animal life, particularly compassion for domestic animals. The foundation purpose includes five components:
•Reduce animal overpopulation by funding and administering an aggressive neutering and spaying program.
•Develop a “euthanasia free” rescue and adoption program by arranging a network of foster care homes for owner-abandoned, strayed, and adoptable pets on death row at humane societies.
•Develop in adults and children, an understanding of the responsibility people hold toward animals and offer training to carry out this responsibility through continued educational programs.
•Establish a trust fund for the building and management of an animal sanctuary and find a location to set it up.
•Provide supplies and funds to pre-approved 501(c)3 animal shelters to assist when cash flow deficiencies arise.
