My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jethro was saved from a high kill shelter where he was scared to death. Whenever animal control went in to his run he would cower in the corner. In there mind he was aggressive so this poor boy was dragged around with a catch pole. When we got him he also had burn marks on his ears, nose, tail and feet from the bleach they clean the runs with. Even after all this he never has shown us any aggression. He did freak out when we put a collar on which is understandable after being dragged at the neck. We have been using a harness on him as he will freeze with a leash attached to his collar. This will take time for him to understand he is not going to be hurt which is why we are starting with the harness. The first day at his foster home with 9 other dogs in the house from 5lbs to 90lbs he had a blast. From looking at him in the pound to how he was in a home was like day and night with him. He is a very happy go lucky fellow. Loves to play and snuggle. He likes to sleep right next to his foster mum on the bed. He is fully vetted meaning current on all shots, heart worm negative, micro chipped and on monthly prevention. He is about 30lbs and 2 years old. You will love this guy.
