Fireball's Story...
Hi! My name is Fireball. I am a super tiny little guy and I am just looking for my furever home! I am about 10 weeks old (born around November 16, 2015), weigh about 2 pounds, and I love dogs, cats and kids. I am neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, dewormed, current with all vaccines and on flea and heartworm prevention. I will be a VERY tiny dog. My mom and dad are around 7 lbs each--so please consider that I will need special love and attention for my whole life. I will do better in a quieter household so that I don't get lost in the shuffle :) I am all ready to be adopted :) My adoption fee is $450, and covers all of my vetting, and includes transport if my new family lives in the northeast USA. I am currently being fostered in South Carolina, but I can catch a ride up north to meet my new family. Please email my rescue at daybeforetherainbow@yahoo.com to get an adoption application! Thanks for checking me out!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fireball, a Newark Chihuahua/Mexican Hairless puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Mexican Hairless for sale in Newark, or seeking a Chihuahua/Mexican Hairless puppy from a breeder in Newark.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newark already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newark breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Mexican Hairless breeders who help with Chihuahua/Mexican Hairless rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newark paves the way for another one to be saved.
