My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Jax, a 1 year old male Lab/Golden mix.

I am full of energy and love all people. I am a good size, about 60 lbs and very fit and fast. I want to please but don't always know what that is. I have a lot of puppy in me and I love to play, play, play. I get along great with other dogs and play with my foster sister until she gets tired of me. I love going on walks to explore, but am learning to walk on a leash. I am also loving this thing called snow. Periodically on the walk, I get in the snow and roll around and make snow angels.

I am house trained. I haven't had any accidents in the house and I sleep well all night in a crate. I have been good in the house. I drag all the dog toys out to play with. I love playing tug and also fetch with a tennis ball. I am submissive, so I have shown no aggression with food or treats. I just need lots of exercise and some basic training and I will be the perfect dog. I could go to a house with another very active dog or I would be fine as an only dog, but my family needs to regularly exercise me.

I will be an awesome dog with training, love, and exercise.
