Dark golden, male retriever mix in search of active couple or single person with no kids. A quiet neighborhood and a fenced yard would be best and you will need to be an experienced dog owner up for a challenge. Another dog in the home would be great, but a larger, confident female is best for me. Approximate DOB 8/15/15 and I'm neutered and UTD on vaccines. Learning commands and routines are a breeze and I am house/crate trained! I love to snuggle and play with the 3 female dogs in my foster home. The only time I bark is when I am crated and ready to get out and when it's feeding time. I sound perfect right? Well, it's time to be honest! Bad things happened to me as a puppy and I am still overcoming my challenges. I am still leery of car rides and I may get car sick. I attended an 8 week Reactive Dog Training Class and showed huge improvement. I react out of fear in unfamiliar situations and when on walks so I will bark and pull on the leash. When in my own element, I am the perfect boy! If you are up for a challenge, let's meet! It will be the most rewarding thing for you to continue to help me overcome my fear and to become the fearless dog I know I can be! In foster care
