My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, my name is Scoop! I am a silly, fun loving cat who loves to play. I was rescued with my brother Scanlin from a high kill shelter. We were the only two of our family to make it out alive. Even though we had a rough start we don’t let that stop us from enjoying life. I love to play with all the other kitties in my foster home and I even like all the dogs too! Even though playing with all my toys and friends is so fun I also like to make time for a good snuggle session with the humans when I can. I will nap on the arm of the couch next to them or on their laps. I love to follow people around and get high enough to give them face head butts of love. I will even snuggle up to the other dogs and cats if they allow it too.

I do this really silly thing when I see my foster mom coming, I tilt my head all the way to the side and then I fall over like a big goof. She thinks it is just adorable. Not to brag but I am pretty cute. I would love to be adopted with one of the other kitties in my foster home especially my brother Scanlin. Since he can be a little shy and I am very outgoing, my foster mom thinks we would be a perfect pair to go to a home together. I also have the most loudest purr you will ever hear. My foster parents call it my lion roar when I really get going. And it doesn’t take much to get me going just a scratch or two. I love people and getting loved on. If you stop before I am ready I will tap you gently with my paw to get your attention. It never fails because I am just that cute! I am neutered, microchipped, up to date on my vaccines, FIV/Felv negative and litterbox trained.
