Guava's Info...

I am already neutered, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Guava's Story...
Hello there! Fancy seeing you here. My name is Guava. What's yours? I came to MaxFund as an injured stray. After receiving some much-needed TLC, I felt much better and now I'm up for adoption!

I'm a quiet, gentle cat who gets along well with other cats. I never get into fights with my roommates, and I really enjoy some gentle head scratches. I will lean my face into your palm if I'm really feeling it! Since I was a stray, not much is known about my past - but that's okay, I'm not dwelling on it! I'm really looking forward to my future forever home where I can be loved by humans just as much as I love them. I'm not sure how I feel about dogs or kids, but I'd be willing to give them a try. You should come and visit me... I'll be waiting for you!

DOB: 10/2007

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Guava, a Denver Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Denver, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
