Bandit's Story...
Hi my name is Bandit and I am an 8 yr old Staffie. I came all the way from Virginia in hopes of a better life. I had spent most of my 8 yrs chained to a drafty and leaky shed! I am very thankful to now have a warm and comfy place to sleep. I was a staff favorite in Virginia and I have quickly became a favorite here in Vermont too. I love people, but I would like a quieter home to spend my golden years in. Children 12 and up would be great as long as they like to cuddle and feed me treats. I am a major snuggle bug and after missing out on love for 8 years I am expecting lots of attention in my new home. I would do best with a mellow female dog, but don't let that deter you from seeing me as mellow males maybe fine too. I would also be very happy being your one and only love. Sorry no cats, they are too much fun to not chase.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bandit, a Springfield Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Staffordshire Bull Terrier for sale in Springfield, or seeking a Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Springfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Springfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Springfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Staffordshire Bull Terrier breeders who help with Staffordshire Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Springfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
