Princess is a bit difficult to photograph, because this super affectionate girl just wants to be hugging you constantly! This beautiful German shepherd is a little over a year old and was surrendered with her brother, Rex, when their owner could no longer care for them. Princess and Rex seem to get on each others nerves a bit, so they do not need to be adopted together. Princess could get along with another dog given the time to get to know them. She absolutely adores people and is such a mush! Nothing makes Princess happier than squirming up on your lap (she still thinks she's a puppy) and getting lots of attention. She is extremely people focused and even when she's off leash in our exercise yard, she hardly wants to leave your side. She will run after a ball from time to time and enjoys checking things out, but is most content when she's with you. Princess walks like a professional on a leash and is very well behaved. She is gentle with taking treats and is even good for a spa day. Princess would bring lots of joy to the lives of any good family that is fortunate enough to welcome her into their hearts and home.
