Facts about Mona

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Orange Or Red Tabby
  • Age: Young
  • Sex: Female
  • Hair: Short
Mona, born 03/16/2015, is a female DSH orange Tabby. She is a very loving young cat. Her favorite places to be are either staring out the window or cuddling up on your lap. If she's not relaxing, you'll find her playing with her favorite ribbons and/or running around our house with our 20lb dog. She is a very sociable cat and is always interested in someone new at the house. She stays inside most of the time but will come hang out in our backyard under our supervision. She truly is a very sweet and cool cat and seems to want to be friends with everyone. Mona was diagnosed with FVR (feline viral rhino pneumonitis), this causes her to have sneezing attacks, discharge from the nose, and congestion. Her symptoms come and go, but mostly come out if she gets overly excited from playing. Her FVR is only transmittable to other cats, not humans or other animals. Mona comes felv tested, vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed/neutered. If you would like to meet and possibly adopt Mona, please email inquiry and/or a completed consult form (downloadable at to

Our Adoption Process...

It is the policy of Cat A Do Cat Co-Op that all potential cat adopters complete the Cat/Kitten Adoption Consultation Form and complete an interview with an Adoption Coordinator in order to be considered as a forever home for our cats and kittens.

Cat A Do will determine the best home for each cat or kitten based on the application and interview process. After review of the adoption consultation form and the completion of the interview with the Adoption Coordinator, Cat A Do may recommend a different cat or kitten that is more suitable to your household.

Completion of the application and interview process does not guarantee an adoption approval or guarantee the adoption of a particular cat or kitten. Cat A Do is a privately run, non-profit organization and reserves the right to refuse any adoption that is not in the best interest of the cat or kitten, based on our principles, policies, and standards.

Please read the following instructions carefully.

1. Please fill out all pages of the Adoption Consultation Form as completely as possible. The submission of a complete form will expedite the review process.

2. Your completed adoption form may be emailed to us at and a Cat A Do Adoption Coordinator will contact you as soon as possible. You may also bring a completed form to Gilbert PetSmart at Val Vista and Guadalupe.
At Cat A Do Cat Co-Op, we believe there is a home for every animal and we work to find the best match!
