Angel's Story...
Meet our sweet Angel. Angel was a little girl who was dumped in the mean streets of Houston. Angel did have an angel watching out for her that day though as one of our volunteers snapped her up and now she is safe and sound.

We think that Angel is a Blab. What is a Blab? Well that is a beagle/lab. We are not sure now mind you but that is our guess. Look at that beautiful face. How can you resist? Angel has now been fully vetted and is ready for her new home.

You can meet this darling girl if you go to Petsmart at I10 and Bunker Hill on Saturday (off the 1st Saturday of each month) between 11am and 3:30pm. If that does not work out for you please shoot me an email at infoerescuehouston@gmail.com and I will send you an application. Once approved you can make an appointment to meet her at our boarding facility.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Angel, a Sugar Land Labrador Retriever/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Beagle for sale in Sugar Land, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Beagle dog from a breeder in Sugar Land.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sugar Land already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sugar Land breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Beagle breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sugar Land paves the way for another one to be saved.
