Oh, Sebastian. Such an incredibly sweet kind little soul. He takes an hour or so to warm up to new people, but once he knows you there's a bond that can't be described. He's a lap dog, a "velcro" dog (a dog who will follow you around the house), a playful dog with lot of puppy in him yet. Sebastian acts like he hasn't been exposed to a lot of the world, and is a little fearful, but the potential for a confident well-adjusted dog is there and is coming through after only two days in his foster home. He's a catch for sure, beautiful with a lovely personality. Smart.
Sebastian is 2-3 years old and around 25 pounds. He's fine with dogs and cats, but is more interested in people than other animals. He needs a true dog loving person or family looking for a strong bond and a very loyal constant companion.
Sebastian is neutered, had a dental, surgery for his "cherry eyes" and is fully vetted and micro-chipped with all age appropriate vaccines. His adoption fee is $350. Adoption fees from popular dogs like Sebastian help us help seniors and special medical needs dogs that cost more to save.

Happy Tails Rescue Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit foster-based rescue based in Munster, Indiana. We have no shelter, all of our animals are cared for in loving foster homes until their forever home match is found. All of our animals are fully vetted before adoption, including distemper, rabies, and bordatella vaccines, a heartworm test, fecal test, microchip, and are spayed/neutered. Adoption fees range from $150-$350. If you're interested in meeting one of our animals please fill out an application first. If approved we will then arrange a meet and greet. Happy Tails does not do same day adoptions because we do a short home visit to make sure our animals are being placed in safe environments.
