Ava is a beautiful and super-friendly young lady that is looking for her forever home. She was a staff favorite at the South Carolina shelter where she ended up. Because she is such a happy and friendly girl, Ava was chosen to participate in several holiday parades as a representative of the shelter. She made lots of new friends and gave the shelter some great exposure. She is one of those confident and happy dogs that never meets a stranger. Ava adores children. She is great with other dogs too, always doing a sweet little play bow to try to engage even the bossy or timid dogs in play. Ava even likes our cats. She is truly amazing and is going to be a fabulous family member. Ava has terrific house manners. She is quiet and calm inside and enjoys her crate when the family is away. She is housebroken. Ava walks well on leash and will do beautifully on walks at the park or through the neighborhood. She is very well-behaved and mindful. Ava loves playing with toys and is truly a charmer. Ava is one year old and weighs 42 lbs. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her shots.
