Penny is very sweet but is dependent on other dogs to give her confidence to navigate the world. She likes children but gets overwhelmed if they are too young and boisterous. She is very playful and sweet. She does like to escape and requires either a privacy fence or a chain link that has an external electric wire. Her adoption fee is $250.
