Dollie's Story...
http://www.valleydogs.org/dollie-shebamix.html - Hi my name is Dollie. I am a laid back gal that loves dogs, kids, well everyone!

I am about 2 years old and we believe I am a Sheba-Inu mix. I have interesting hair that does not really shed. The pictures make me look larger but I am only about 35 pounds. A great lap dog.

I live with 2 other larger dogs and a smaller one without issue. We play and love to snuggle.

Come check me out. I really want a home with kids or another dog.

For more information or to meet me, please complete an Adoption Interest form and please email adopt@valleydogs.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dollie, a Gilbert Shiba Inu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shiba Inu for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Shiba Inu dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shiba Inu breeders who help with Shiba Inu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
