HUNTER is a 2 year old neutered yellow male Lab who weighs 61 pounds. Hunter is a very happy dog who loves to be around you and to be petted and scratched. He is an energetic pup who has a ball playing and makes an adventure with new toys. Physically he is 2 years old but still has a lot of puppy like qualities, don't' think he had a lot of attention or play in his past. He is very loving and will stay next to you as long as you're willing to pet him and give him attention, which he rewards with many kisses. He will make someone a very nice companion. Good with other dogs. Knows sit, and come, will have a Training Addendum. Pulls some at first on lead, better with an Easy Walk Harness. Crate trained may be house trained, he is keeping his run clean at the kennel. Hunter was a stray to the shelter. He is approved for kids 10+. More info soon!
This dog is available for adoption from Lab Rescue LRCP. Lab Rescue LRCP rescues and places dogs in Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and northeast North Carolina (30 miles east of I-95 and north of the Pamlico Sound) Adopters must travel to Maryland, Virginia or Washington DC with their family - human and canine - to meet the dog they want to adopt.
Lab Rescue LRCP has between 50 - 80 dogs available for adoption from foster homes across Maryland and Virginia and at monthly adoption events. The adoption event dates are listed at www.lab-rescue.org.

An adoption fee is charged to cover the cost of veterinary care and a home visit is required.
