Ritzie's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Ritzie's Story...
Beautiful and sweet Ritzie, comes to us from a shelter in Georgia where she had been returned after being adopted because she couldn't hear. When we rescued her we took her to vet n found out she had a raging ear infection. She is currently on antibiotics for 30 days and we may see her hearing improved, only time will tell. This smart girl however is not letting that keep her down, she is happy and would love a home of her own with someone who is patient. Other than that this girl is in great physical condition. She plays well with others.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ritzie, a Newtown Brittany/English Setter dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Brittany/English Setter for sale in Newtown, or seeking a Brittany/English Setter dog from a breeder in Newtown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newtown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newtown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Brittany/English Setter breeders who help with Brittany/English Setter rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newtown paves the way for another one to be saved.
