Kesha's Story...
Kesha and her sister Pia were found abandoned and dumped in the woods. However, some nice people found them and safely got them to rescue! Both of these girls are about 10 weeks old and 8 pounds. They are as sweet as they can be!! Kesha is a major cuddle bug and loves to be around people. Kesha is in foster care in West TN and will be transported once her adoption is finalized. If you'd like to add Kesha to your family, please visit our website at www.goofyfootrescue.org and fill out an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kesha, a Allentown Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie breeders who help with Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
