Wyatt's Story...
Hello, my name is Wyatt. The vet says I am a fawn colored male terrier mix. The vet estimates my birth date as 6/11/2015 which makes me just 7 months old weighing approximately 35 pounds. I am a puppy at heart and love to play, play, play and run in the yard at the shelter. A kind person found me as a stray and brought me to the shelter. The volunteers say I am a good boy and with a little training since I am so young, I will make the perfect pet.My adoption fee of $150 is quite comprehensive – I am neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, wormed, tested negative for Heartworm/Ehrlichia/Lyme Disease & current on monthly heartworm/flea/tick preventative. Please think consider making me part of your family, I’d love to find myself in your lap!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wyatt, a Hawk Point Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Hawk Point, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Hawk Point.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hawk Point already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hawk Point breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hawk Point paves the way for another one to be saved.
