Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Bristol! This girl's sweet eyes and wrinkly face are sure to melt your heart. Bristol was brought to the animal shelter with her friend, Poppy, when they were found wandering the streets all by themselves. It was obvious that they had never had a true family because they were both very shy. With the help of staff and volunteers, their personalities blossomed and Poppy, the more unique looking of the two, was adopting, leaving Bristol alone for the very first time. Fortunately, a kind foster volunteer stepped up to take her home until she found her forever family! This girl now loves to go on walks around the neighborhood, chewing on toys, running laps in the yard, and playing with her four-legged friends. She is already house-trained and working on basic commands. Bristol is also very intuitive when it comes to house manners; although energetic and playful outside, she calms down when she goes inside. She is also sure to amaze with her natural acrobatic abilities!
At around a year old, this girl weighs in around 45lbs and should not get much bigger. Bristol would be ideal for an active family that is ready to play! Still a little shy, this girl would benefit from having a doggie sibling to show her the ropes. Also, accustom to gentle children and felines, Bristol is one well-rounded pup! All she really needs is a patient family to call her own. Won't you be that family?
Dogs in our adoption program are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations.
Bristol is currently in foster care so, if interested, please email us today!
